Orders must be placed before 3.45pm the day before. Any orders including canapés must be placed 48 hours before delivery. Orders placed after 3pm the day before will incur a 15% rush charge. This also includes orders placed after 3:45pm on a Friday. Please note that any orders placed after 3.45pm the day before delivery, may be subject to change. A Chefs choice menu may need to replace your particular menu choice and delivery times may need to be altered to suit the delivery schedule. On rare occasions, we may not be able to fulfill your order. This also includes orders placed after 3.45pm on a Friday. Please call for further details Please give 24 hours written notice for cancellations, or the full price may be charged. (Canapés cancellations require 48 hours notice). There is a minimum order amount of £50, otherwise a £11.50 administration fee will be charged'. Orders placed after our office is closed cannot be guaranteed for the following day.
